✦ Internationally Exhibited

✦ Held in Private Collections Worldwide

“An image means more than the beauty of paint. I believe I have been fortunate with the images that come to me, as if someone places them before me. The only way to grasp the reality we call life experience—what throughout history we have called ‘truth’—is to transform the formless masses of sensations into images.” — Timofey Stroganov

Born in 1962 in Dnipro, Ukraine. Timofey studied at the art school of Stanislav Cherevko, where, unlike many studios of the time, he was encouraged to express his individuality and artistic vision.

Stroganov’s works are distinguished by their emotional intensity and expressive character. The softness and ambiguity of his lines enhance the essence of the image, while a restrained use of color allows the content and emotion of each work to emerge with clarity and force.

He has participated in national and international exhibitions since 1976.

His works are held in the Dnipro Art Museum and in private collections in Ukraine, Germany, Russia, the United States, Israel, France, and other countries.
