Born in 1978 in Nova Vodolaha, Kharkiv Region, Ukraine. Graduated from the Kharkiv Art College (1998) and the Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts (2004), where he studied easel painting under Viktor Kovtun.
Since 2001, has been active in the professional art community, joining the Youth Section of the Kharkiv Union of Artists. In 2008, became a member of the Kharkiv Organization of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine.
In 2006, co-founded the Brothers’ Studio: Oleksandr and Oleh Vynnyk in Nova Vodolaha, which became an important platform for exhibitions and cultural initiatives.
His works are held in the collections of the Kharkiv Art Museum, the Sviatohirsk Museum of Local History, the Bakhchisarai Art Museum, and in private collections in Ukraine, the United States, the Czech Republic, Morocco, and other countries.
