Born in 1962, in the village of Bykholtsokhivka, Chernihiv Region, Ukraine.
From 1974 to 1980, he studied at the Taras Shevchenko Republican Art Secondary School. From 1980 to 1987, he attended the Painting Faculty of the Kyiv State Art Institute, where he studied under Oleksandr Lopukhov and Vasyl Zabashta.
Voiedilo combined his artistic practice with teaching. From 2000, he served as Senior Lecturer in the Department of Design at the University of Human Development “Ukraine” in Brovary. He lived and worked in the village of Pohreby, Kyiv Region.
Working primarily in easel painting, he created landscapes, still lifes, and portraits. Among his notable works is a series of portraits of Ukrainian kobzars, including Hryhoriy Kozhushko, Ivan Kuchuhura-Kucherenko, Ostap Veresai, Hnat Honcharenko, Khvedor Kholodny, Terentiy Parkhomenko, Hryhoriy Liubystok, Ivan Mazepa, and Tymofiy Bilogradsky.
Member of the Union of Soviet Artists of Ukraine since 1989 and of the Charunka Podillia Art Association since 2004.
Works are held in the Taras Shevchenko National Museum, the Museum of Hetmanship, the Museum of Kobzarism, and in the collections of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine, as well as in private collections worldwide.
The artist passed away in 2013.
