Anatolii Kozelskyi is a Ukrainian painter specializing in oil painting characterized by whimsical, humorous, and fantastical themes. His works create imaginative worlds populated by expressive characters and surreal narrative scenes, blending fantasy with subtle irony and storytelling.
He was born in 1965 in Chernivtsi, Ukraine. He studied at the Vyzhnitsky Art College (1982–1986) and later trained at the studio of Dareush Milinsky in Poland (1991–1995).
His artistic career spans multiple decades with participation in national and international exhibitions across Europe, Ukraine, and the United States.
Awarded a diploma for participation in the exhibition collection No. 5 “Italy from the Heart” (Italy).
His works are held in private collections in Ukraine, Russia, the United States, Germany, the Netherlands, and other countries.
