Born in 1962 in Abkhazia. Graduated from the Sukhumi Art College in 1982. From 1982 to 1987, studied Art History at Moscow State University, specializing in the history of art. During this period, he also pursued painting and graphic arts and studied under the renowned Russian artist Dmitry Lion.

From 1987 to 1992, worked for the fine arts magazine Art of Abkhazia. He is the author of more than fifty articles and publications on art and also created illustrations and graphic works for books and magazines.

Ajinjal works primarily in the genres of still life, landscape, and figurative painting.

His works are held in galleries and private collections throughout Europe, North America, and Asia, including Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Russia, Switzerland, Ukraine, and the United States.
