An Honored Artist of Ukraine German Gold is a painter, graphic artist, and watercolorist. Also, he is a well-known classic portrait painter. In the 1970-s, all the portraits of the presidents of the Russian Academy of Sciences came out from under his brush.
His works are exhibited in the museums and galleries in Ukraine, Russia, the U.S., France, Italy, Israel, and Greece and held in many private collections around the world – from Australia to Japan. He is a few contemporary Jewish masters in the legendary World Encyclopedia of Artists of All Times and Nations (Allgemeines Künstler-Lexicon).
He lives and works in Kyiv, Ukraine.
